Neil Cavendish
Founder & Principal
Neil is a Solutions Architect and Engineering Leader with twenty years of experience delivering enterprise infrastructure, cloud migrations, and DevOps transformation. He served as lead architect on Greenfield Azure, AWS, and VMware builds for over 100 clients across multiple sectors at Edge Technology / Thrive (2014–2023).
He went on to manage three cross-functional teams (Remote Access, Infrastructure, Backup / Storage / Disaster Recovery) at Broadridge Financials (2024–2025), and now delivers Zerto disaster-recovery engagements at HPE alongside this practice.
Along the way he designed production VDI, hybrid networking, identity, and storage platforms still running today, built PowerShell and Python automation tooling adopted firm-wide that cut delivery time by weeks per project, and mentored 40+ engineers on cloud delivery standards.
